The Faculty of Law of Universitas Diponegoro is the first faculty and is the starting point for the establishment of Universitas Diponegoro.
The establishment of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Diponegoro cannot be separated from several figures including Mr. Imam Bardjo, at that time served as Head of the Prosecutor’s Office or Supervisor of the Prosecutors in Central Java and Yogyakarta, Mr. Sudarto, Mr. Soesanto Kartoatmodjo, and Mr. Dan Soelaiman, the three prosecutors in Semarang.

On February 22, 2023, the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, received a visit from SMA N 6 Bekasi. This visit aims to introduce the world of lectures and the Undergraduate Study Program at FH.
This school visit aims to introduce a wider campus life for them to take in the future. This visit was welcomed by Dr. Aditya Y. Sulistyawan, S.H., M.H. as Head of the Undergraduate Study Program, followed by the presentation of material and giving mementos by Darwanto, S.H. as the Manager of the Administrative Section of the Faculty of Law. The event was closed with a group photo.
