ONLINE LETTER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Students download the required letter forms.
  2. Students create and complete the forms.
  3. The completed forms are then sent via email and confirmed via WhatsApp. The details are as follows:

Internship/work experience application

(After the agency sends a reply to the faculty (the internship has been accepted), we will provide a reply in the form of an internship introduction containing internship provisions, student protection so that the internship is in accordance with competencies)

Research and Pre-Research Permit Letter

Leaving Permission Form: Submit the form to the Academic Office in Building A for approval from the

  1. Lecturer (Course Instructor)
  2. Academic Supervisor, and
  3. Head of Study Program.

It can then be processed in the Academic Office in Building A.

Legal Writing Exam Registration Requirements:

Scanned original TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 400 from SEU Undip or another institution (which has been previously verified by BAA Undip).
Students starting in the 2017 intake MUST attach:
Scanned original proof of internship
Scanned original response letter from the agency/institution where the research was conducted
Scanned PKKMB (Introduction to Campus Life for New Students) certificate
Scanned current semester IRS (Introduction to Campus Life for New Students)
Certificate of Turnitin results below 25% from the UNDIP Faculty of Law Library
Scanned DKN (Grade List) certifying passing all courses
Students from the 2016 intake and prior have completed 148 credits, with the following requirements:
Students have completed 136 credits of Faculty-Required Courses, 8 credits of Participant Compulsory Courses

and 4 credits of Participant Elective Courses

Students starting in the 2017 intake have completed 140 credits, with the following requirements: :
Have completed 128 credits of Faculty-Required Courses, 8 credits of Part-Time Compulsory Courses, and 4 credits of Part-Time Elective Courses.

Scanned Thesis Approval Sheet.
Screenshot of approval from Supervisor 1 and Supervisor 2.
Register for Final Project in the SIAP application and the MS Form link.
