B. Elective Courses

NOTE:

  1. The BLP-IUP Curriculum is prepared based on the BLP-Regular curriculum, both for the 2017 Curriculum and the 2020 Curriculum; so that in general the BLP-IUP curriculum is the same as the BLP-Regular’s. The differences are: a) the lecture process at BLP-IUP is carried out in English; b) the curriculum in the BLP-IUP only focuses on 2 departments, namely International Law Department and Private Law Department: Business Law concentration.
  2. In the 2020 Curriculum, both those that apply to BLP-IUP and those that apply to BLP-Regular, there are slight differences from the 2017 curriculum, namely:
    a. Internship is mandatory and a prerequisite for submitting a Thesis.
    b. The 2020 Curriculum accommodates internships (outside the thesis prerequisites) which can then be converted into courses according to the internship location.
    c. The 2020 “Kampus Merdeka, Merdeka Belajar” Curriculum accommodates students who take courses outside the BLP Undip with the condition that the courses are the same as the courses in the BLP curriculum. For examples: sports courses, religious education, and IoT, and so on.
  3. BLP-IUP Offers 75 courses/modules with details:
    a. 54 modules compulsory courses for all students
    b. 8 modules elective courses (compulsory courses of concentration.
    c. 13 modules elective courses.

    To get a bachelor’s degree through IUP, students must take a minimum of 60 courses, details:
    a. 54 modules compulsory courses for all students
    b. 4 modules elective courses (compulsory courses of concentration)
    c. 2 modules elective courses.
