Diponegoro University as a legal entity (PTN-BH) not only tries to produce independent, capable and tough students in science but as a form of identity that alumni were must-have. The focus of implementing Diponegoro University Education is to produce graduates who have a COMPLETE profile, who have national and international competitive advantages and can contribute to the development of science, technology, arts, culture, and sports.

COMPLETE has that every Diponegoro University graduate must have the following qualifications:

1). Communicators, namely Diponegoro University graduates who are able to communicate verbally and in writing;

2). Professional, namely Diponegoro University graduates are expected to work in accordance with principles, development based on achievement and upholding the code of ethics),

3). Leaders, namely Diponegoro University graduates have adaptive abilities, care for the environment, are proactive, motivators, and can work well with stakeholders.

4). Entrepreneurs, namely Diponegoro University graduates have a high work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, innovation, and independence.

5). Thinkers, namely Diponegoro University graduates are required to have the ability to think critically, learn lifelong and become reliable researchers.

6). Educators, namely Diponegoro University graduates are able to become agents of change.

The Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University is one of the oldest Law Faculties in Indonesia. In order to support the mission of implementing legal education in order to produce competent, competitive, and progressive law graduates, the Faculty of Law has set a standard graduate profile known as “The Seven Star”.

The Seven Star is a series of competency standards for legal graduates from Diponegoro University to become qualified and highly competitive human resources in participating in national development and serving stakeholders. Several components in the profile of FH UNDIP graduates “The Seven Star” consist of:

1). Law Policy Maker is a graduate profile that is related to hard skills, namely that graduates of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University are expected to be able to become a reliable policymaker in accommodating the various interests of stakeholders into a legal product that covers various fields of community life.

2). Law Problem Solver is a graduate profile related to hard skills, that is, Law Faculty graduates are expected to be able to solve legal problems that exist in society either through litigation or litigation.

3). The negotiator is a graduate profile that is related to hard skills, namely that graduates of the Law Faculty are expected to have good negotiation skills.

4). The entrepreneur is a graduate profile related to soft skills, namely that graduates of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University are expected to have management skills, be creative and innovative and be able to open jobs for the community.

5). Communicator is a graduate profile related to soft skills, namely that the graduates of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

6). Professional is a graduate profile related to soft skills, namely graduates of the Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University in carrying out their work required to be achievement-oriented, uphold principles and integrity, and be guided by a code of ethics.

7). A leader is a graduate profile related to soft skills, namely graduates of the Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University are required to have a strong leadership spirit, good adaptability and cooperation, reliable motivation and can inspire the younger generation and play an active role in being a pioneer in change.

The alumni of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University have contributed to the development of the Indonesian nation. Graduates produced by the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University are scattered in various professional fields including academics, bureaucrats, prosecutors, judges, lawyers, private sector, notaries, entrepreneurs, and so on.
