In connection with the implementation of the Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) Odd Semester Academic Year 2022/2023
conveyed several things as follows;
I. The UTS implementation is scheduled from 10 to 14 October 2022 and 15 and 16
October 2022 for Saturday and Sunday classes as stated in SIAP.
2. The method of implementing UTS is in accordance with the lecture method set out in the Dean’s Circular
Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University No.6616/UN7.F. I/SE/Yll/2022 (offline, online, hybrid)
3. For classes using the offline/offline method, students must download the UTS participant card,
and bring and show the card at every UTS schedule.
4. If at the time of UTS implementation as point 3 the student cannot show
the card is lost or lost, the student must report it to the UTS supervisor
5. Students must obey the UTS rules that have been determined, including dressing neatly, and politely
and using shoes ( divide class by offline method).
6. Student attendance/absence at the time of UTS implementation through SIAP
7. If a student is unable to attend the UTS for official reasons (illness,
competition, other fulfilling reasons) then they must submit a letter addressed to
Head of Study Program by attaching reasons/doctor’s certificate.
8. Students who meet the provisions in point 7 are entitled to a follow-up UTS.
9.
Supplementary UTS is the authority of the subject lecturer to determine the schedule,
questions and their implementation.
I 0. After the implementation of the UTS, lectures are carried out again according to the schedule in SIAP
Thus this announcement is conveyed, so that it can be considered and implemented properly
