(23/7/2023) – Majenang Village is a village with a large area of ​​agricultural land. The large number of agricultural lands in Majenang Village reflects the professional segments that are commonly engaged in by the local community, namely work in the agrarian sector such as animal husbandry and agriculture. The condition of the people in Majenang Village as an agrarian society makes the economy of the majority of the members of the social community in this village dependent on the production and maintenance of crops and agricultural land. The relation between the interests of fulfilling the needs and promoting the welfare of the community with the land has become urgent for the against community group in this village, especially farmers and ranchers as land users to find out what the legal status of a parcel of land is being managed and how to obtain land rights based on the law. Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Basic Regulations and its derivative positive legal regulations concerning procedures for land registration and acquisition of land rights.
Dissemination activities are carried out by holding open forums as a form of learning about national land law for the people of Majenang Village. The education program is carried out in an integrated manner by providing information to the local RT head, youth association representatives, and village officials. The purpose of conveying this information to community leaders in Majenang Village is that these community leaders can pass on the information provided during the socialization activities to members of the wider community, namely regarding the current land registration system and methods of acquiring land rights, as well as regulations. concerning the orderly administration of land according to the rules of positive law in effect today. The materials presented in the dissemination activities include: 1). The method of acquiring land rights according to the national agrarian law; 2). Procedure for land registration at the land office; 3). Procedure for returning the name of the land certificate along with the documents that need to be completed; and 4). Calculation of the cost of acquiring land rights.

The technical stages of implementing the dissemination began with the delivery of material orally by the Regular Community Work Lecturer TIM II Majenang Village, Diponegoro University, Adrian Nailariq regarding the method of acquiring land rights according to national agrarian law. The presentation of the material was followed by a question and answer session between the audience and presenters. The audience who took part in a series of dissemination activities was given modules (textbooks) so that the material presented could be reviewed and studied again. Thus, it is hoped that the holding of dissemination regarding the rules that apply in obtaining land rights to community leaders in Majenang Village is expected to contribute to building the lives of village communities who are aware of the law and realizing an orderly national land administration. Concretely, in this case, the existence of insight into the method of acquiring land rights according to national agrarian law by owners and/or managers of land parcels will help prevent and minimize the risk of disputes involving land parcels in Majenang Village in the future.
