Registration Requirements for Final Examination:
Original scan of the TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 400 from SEU Undip or from another institution (which was previously verified by BAA Undip)
For students starting from the class of 2017, you MUST attach:
Scan the original proof of having done practical work
Scan of the original response letter from the agency/institution where the research is conducted for those whose final assignment is to do the research
Scan of PKKMB Certificate (Introduction to Campus Life for New Students)
IRS scan of the current semester which has been signed by the guardian lecturer
Certificate of PASSING THE TURNITIN CHECK from the FH UNDIP Library
Scan DKN (Grade List) has passed all courses
Class of 2016 and previously have taken 148 credits, with the following conditions:
Has taken 136 credits of Faculty Compulsory Courses, 8 Credits of Part Compulsory Courses
and Elective Courses Part 4 Credits
Starting from the 2017 class, they have taken 140 credits, with the following conditions:
Has taken 128 credits of Compulsory Faculty Courses, 8 Credits of Compulsory Courses, and 4 Credits of Elective Courses
Scan of the original Assistance Book (Guidance Book) or Screenshot Proof of Online Guidance
Approval sheets signed by Supervisors 1 and 2; or proof of approval screenshots from Supervisors 1 and 2
Also register at the MS Form link, link to MSFORM (Login SSO first to register)
All documents in the form of soft files are sent to the email address:ujiankrip.fh@gmail.com
(After sending to email, wait for a reply to find out whether the administrative requirements for the thesis examination are complete or not)
Information :
Students who have been declared to have passed may register for graduation for the July 2023 period online through the SIAP Application.
NO TOLERANCE FOR LATE REGISTRATION OF LAW WRITING EXAMINATION FOR ANY REASON
