We hereby provide information about the schedule for the 173rd period of Diponegoro University graduation which will be held offline. In connection with this, prospective students who graduate this period must register via SIAP (Academic, Research, and Service Information System) by first logging in via SSO using each student’s user password and selecting the graduation registration menu.
The 173rd Graduation will be held in January – February 2024 (29 January – 3 February), the graduation period is from 1 October 2023 to 2024. December 29, 2023
If the Graduation registration menu has not appeared in SSO/SIAP, make sure the legal writing grades have come out, have been declared PASS, and have submitted proof of uploading journals and are free from the library to academics.
Registration :
Students who have been declared graduated must immediately register for graduation online via www.sso.undip.ac.id. no later than January 6, 2024
Upload scans of original documents, namely:
TOEFL certificate
Scan the transcript of grades downloaded from SIAP (best grades), Legal writing grades should be out
High school/vocational diploma or equivalent
Birth certificate
Certificate of Submission of Hard Thesis and journals from the library
Certificate of Exemption from University and Faculty libraries
Check your personal data again, especially writing your name, place, date of birth and NIK. If there are errors, you can fill in the form here.
The GPA at the time of registration will be displayed at the time of University graduation

4 pieces of passport size 3×4 black and white photos, printed on matte paper/orange peel with white background, sent by FH academics directly or by courier. Photos that do not comply with the provisions will not be affixed to the diploma
