INSTRUCTIONS : 

1. Students download the required form
2. Students create/fill out the form
3. After that the form that has been filled out is sent by email and confirmed through WhatsApp, with the division:

1. Tuition room application
2. Active student certificate
3. College student affidavit for parental salary benefits
4. Certificate of good behavior
5. Letter of recommendation

The file is sent to email: alvirachmawati@staff.undip.ac.id and confirmation to Mrs. Alvi (081227599981) for the letter:

1. Pre-research/research license
2. Data retrieval license
3. Leave/re-active
4. Submission of resignation
5. Internship/practical work application

The file is sent to email: amaliaseptiania@staff.undip.ac.id and confirmation to Mrs. Amalia (08122544626) for the letter:

1. Registration of legal writing
2. Change thesis title
3. Replacement of thesis guidance lecturer
4. Legal writing service notes

The file is sent to email: devy@staff.undip.ac.id and confirmation to Mrs Devy (081567835599) for registration and implementation of the law writing exam.
